Method Man & Redman was the best show at iii Points last year IMO
I saw them in 1999 on the Family Values tour and they were awesome then. I was right up front, Method Man was so wasted he couldn't even open his eyes, and he nailed every lyric 100%. Not that I'm trying to glorify his intoxication but it was impressive.
Just saw that HEALTH is going to be in Houston the week before, they would have been an ok fit and someone I'd have liked to see there so at least it's one thing that can't conflict.
You forgot to mention "the guy who really hopes they aren't booked for this fest". Who complains about getting water tossed on them at a Method and Red. You're really a special kind of pussy
I think jumping on some lo-fi house artists would be a good idea for this fest. Gives some more danceable, fun stuff while keeping the DIY aspect.
