What rate did you guys get at Close Quarters? The cheapest refundable room is $250 for two nights and one queen bed after tax. Not bad but just wondering if it's already gone up.
I paid $306 for 3 nights, 15th-18th, refundable. Booked it a while ago though.
That is slightly more than I paid last year though, want to say it was more in the $260 range for 3 nights.

This is what I paid as well.
On Travelocity right now, I see you can actually book those 3 nights for $292, non-refundable. I think you have to be logged in to see it, it just calls it a "Member's Discount".
So if someone paid significantly more than that, you might try and book it again at the non-refundable rate and then just cancel the refundable one.
booked a room at club quarters just in case i need it. i can always pass it on to someone here if my sister moves close enough to the venue. there's a flight pit-hou that is super reasonable, and i wouldn't have to take any time off work!
Yeah but you gotta come to the hotel parties and help us irritate our neighbors not once, but twice, entirely without intention. 'Tis tradition.
Considering you've found the need to respond to my threads as if you are threatened by me I offer you some peace my confused counterpart. May you find peace in your restless soul.
Eno, the best U2 albums, Peter Gabriel, Neville Brothers (Yellow Moon), Dylan, Luscious Jackson, etc. I'll be honest and say I don't know what that him x the other guy show is about. I saw that video link earlier and will check it out because I plan to see Lanois at D4N and will want to know what I'm going see.
Oh yeah. The lineup is fucking great.
Oh yeah, I mean, I knew his name from the U2 albums, because of U Talkin U2 to Me and all that. I only found out today that he was a steel guitar guy. I just meant that in that video that was posted that he was the one playing steel. I'm legitimately so stoked for him. He's easily in my top five on this and I love this lineup.
I saw Daniel in Philly in a pretty intimate venue a couple years ago, it was an interesting show. He did his weird electronic shit for most of it and then for the encore it was just him and his guitar. I actually learned of him when I was watching an episode of House that had a song of his that I just fell in love with. I feel like his set probably won't be much like this song but it's one of my favorites so I'm gonna share it anyway.

Lanois did a couple remixes for the Joshua Tree Super Deluxe collection that came out this year. WOWY is probably the better of the two, but I like both.
I wonder if en vogue is this year's harambe hologram
they are playing a show oct 27 in Birmingham, AL.
It's possible they were on the website as a placeholder for something else. I hope it's true, would love to add En Vogue to the list of artists I've seen live.
on the Coachella boards, Joyrider, who seems to be in the know, stated that Yorke will be in the warehouse (I'm guessing he'll be this year's Bjork), and thinks that Solange and Yorke will be opposed on Sunday.
Even more credence that conflicts will be so rough. And I thought they were bad last year!
After having Mystikal and Welcome to Houston last year, it's not surprising they would have a throwback r&b act like En Vogue (thus my Too Short guess).

Kaytranada Earl Sweatshirt Saint Heron presents “Soul Cleansing” featuring Solange Jenny Hval Boots Saul Williams Chelsea Manning Nadya Tolokonikkova (Pussy Riot) Laurie Anderson Laurie McCarthy
Still going but surprised to see $240 after fees considering people said presale was $100.. might wait it out and get some closer to the show from people who can no longer attend.

pre presale in January was 108, the presale this past week was 195 w/ fees, only a 35$ jump with the lineup.
