so did anyone buy a separate friday pass last year? or another option, did they send a separate wristband for that or did they check id's/scan your regular wristband?
Most excited for Jamie xx, James Blake, Mount Kimbie, Justice, and St. Vincent right now.
Also - Thom Yorke, Nina Kraviz, Of Montreal, Venetian Snares, Shlohmo, DJ Tennis, Marcus Marr, Priests, Forest Swords, The Album Lead, Princess Nokia, and Bjarki.
You will be...spending a lot of the weekend w me
I have the same top five except switch out Thom for Justice maybe. Though still very very excited for Justice.
Considering you've found the need to respond to my threads as if you are threatened by me I offer you some peace my confused counterpart. May you find peace in your restless soul.

Saul Williams makes Friday super tempting. I have a few other friends interested in going and it's making shot complicated. I'm realizing why I enjoy fest planning alone.

whoa whoa, where's saul williams? Am I overlooking him on the lineup?

Friday "summit" is billed separately from the actual lineup.
All the recent "episodes" have been with his band - Derek, Chris Karns, Alvin Ford Jr., Borahm Lee and Brian Coogan. We have seen them a bunch of times and also have watched a most of the episodes since Episode 6. They all ruled.
I haven't seen him since before he started doing the live stuff (and its looking like he'll be up against someone I haven't seen) so I'm a little torn. I really liked his early stuff and the show I saw was a really good one.
I can vouch for his recent Episodic shows.. Went to the one in Chicago and it was insane

Must-sees: Solange, Justice, Jamie xx, Nina Kraviz, James Blake, Gas, Bjarki Would like to see: NIN, Thom Yorke, St. Vincent, Tyler, Phantogram, GYBE, Sky Ferreria, Venetian Snares x Daniel Lanois, Mount Kimbie, DJ Tennis, Tim Hecker, Jlin, Priests
It's crazy to me that a lineup I enjoy so much has so much I'm not too familiar with on first glance. Excited to dig deeper.
