since we don't have anything else to talk about, anyone want to sell me on Justice? beyond "Genesis" and "D.A.N.C.E." I've never heard a Justice song I thought was worth a shit, but maybe I just wasn't listening closely enough. anyone seen them live? if so how was the show?
not that I need to introduce another potential conflict into my D4N schedule, but I try to keep an open mind when a lot of knowledgeable people like an act I don't care for.

I saw them at Coachella in 2012. It's like arena rock + disco + some of the best parts of Human After All-era, EDM. They are high energy and have cool production.

apparently i'm easy to convince because that looks awesome.

The new Justice live show is just incredible, very Alive 2007-esque.

Give DVNO, On and On (Rick Rubin remix), Audio Video Disco, Civilization, New Lands, ect. a listen. Justice are pretty awesome.

I only like some of their recorded music, but their live show was pretty sweet. You can get a good idea here: edit: oops this has basically already been posted, don't mind me.

I think based on the music you seem to like you'd have a great time at their set. I saw them at Lolla and it was one of my favorite shows of the year.
Fest Life USA is offering a 30% discount off the tickets with the code "FESTLIFEUSA" good until noon on 12/1 at the Eventbrite site. This applies to both weekend and weekend+Friday passes.

Was hoping it might work for just the Friday pass too since I still need one. No luck though. Thanks for the heads up either way.
Edit: Just got the shipping notification for my wristbands. Soon!
Me too. "Hello esteban. We are excited to let you know that your D4N passes from Order #x were shipped on 11/14/2017 to your home address right there in New Orleans, Louisiana. Clicking the tracking number, it says the package left Morrow, GA yesterday and should arrive by Tuesday. Very Excite.
also...would blake not be on the red/green? i'd assume he's not going to be doing a dj set so i'd expect him to have the three piece thing he was touring last year.
if i could get more than 15 minutes of blake i'd be pretty happy
Yeah started basing these off the blank set times on the website. Realized quickly those were just a placeholder cause some of these acts will require more/less time.
Conflicts will most certainly be brutal for those trying to catch the major names.

I was thinking the 3-piece could fit inside. It would honestly just be weird for him to not play a major stage given his status though.
SAT: NIN BLAKE GAS TYLER (I doubt it'll work out though) SNARES X LANOIS OF MONTREAL PERFUME G FOREST SWORDS PRETTY LIGHTS LAURIE JLIN LIL B B L A C K I E CARDI B (should probably listen to more Andy Stott/Bjarki)
SUN: THOM JUSTICE GODSPEED YOU! MOUNT KIMBIE ST. V NINA THE JESUS LIZARD ALBUM LEAF PRIESTS SHABAZZ HECKER BABYFATHER CORBIN + SHLOHMO SOLANGE (don't expect this to work out either) (should check out more Tennis, dont know much about Marr, Saro, Lanza)
Fuck I just remembered I want to see like 95% of the acts on this lineup, schedule is gonna be so painful.
