Great weekend once again. Really love the addition of the indio market. The fuku chicken strips and frozen strawberry lemonade were awesome. As for the sets my favorites were Beyonce, Miguel, Bleachers, David Byrne and Jamiroquai.
Fuku? Did they had a spicy chicken sandwich?
Yes they did! The sandwich and strips came with fries as well that were super spicy it was great.
I'm probably one of the few (maybe not) who see this as an incentive to attend Coachella in the near future. I was surprised how Jessie Ware's was so sparsely attended throughout their performance (watching via Couchella). Not surprised to hear that the same applied to other acts not on the radar on the Instagram generation (no offense).

Going to attempt the Black Coffee>Dreams>Soulwax>Jamiroquai run. Not since the Toro Y Moi>Jungle>Run The Jewels>Kasabian run of 2015 have I attempted to not piss for 4 sets.

i feel like you could pee between each of these sets and come back and still get an amazing spot.

I'm just playing, I'm not going 4 sets without beer or water and I lost my water pack last year. Peeing will be the least of my worries in that hot hot sun.
Remember the dude who pissed his pants to get rail at Foster the People? #hero
I've seen that a couple times. Weirdest one was some chick peed herself at North Coast in 2013. She cleared quite a spot out as it smelled, and also it was a Nas show at a mostly electronic fest, so she could have walked up to the rail minutes before the set as we did.

Are you guys planning on seeing any Sahara shows? Seems like a cool stage and the only thing I saw there last year was Gucci Mane for 10 minutes from like a mile away. I might see if I can get in there for Migos.

migos had an insane crowd. Good luck getting anywhere close for that.
I might check out Justin Martin or a few minutes of Troyboi just to experience the Sahara.

Ok, should I just go Soulwax>Jamiroquai on Friday, and watch their entire sets?
Or should I watch the first 45 minutes or so of Soulwax, watch about a half hour of JMJ, come back for the start of Jamiroquai, then go watch Carpenter Brut?

You convinced me before to not attempt Migos. Justin Martin is the only thing in there I'm really interested in taste wise but its day time and against Greta Van Fleet. I'll probably leave their set early and head by Justin for a bit.

I'm conflicted.
I will be doing option #2 exactly how you have it laid out
You've got a lot of time between Soulwax and Jamiroquai, guys.
IIRC, they started around 11:42 PM and Soulwax ended at like 10:58 PM. In that time I walked over to the main stage beer garden, met up with my friends to did SZA over Soulwax, had a drink, watched a couple songs of The Weeknd, then walked over and got back into decent tent positioning before Jamiroquai.
If you want to see some of JMJ, do it over standing idle for 40 minutes for a slightly better spot. It's so easy to get good spots at Coachella shows that you can catch a ton of sets.

No worries silver06, I'm sure we'll meet at some point.
Had a great time this weekend, met Greg's Rad Screen Name and his bf, great folks who I'm excited to see more of in the future.
Note: everyone who bitches and moans about Coachella having crappy crowds probably hasn't been. Every set I attended had a crowd that was dancing and singing along. Great times to be had.
honestly not really worried about that whole conflict anymore. Black coffee > moon boots > 40 minutes of Detroit Love > Soulwax > an hour to split between Maceo Plex and JMJ > Jamiroquai is going to be amazing.
The fact that none of those shows seem like they'll be that full should make it easy enough.

Yep. I did War on Drugs>St Vincent>Soulwax>JMJ>Jamiroquai. Would do again 9/10 times. The other time I would try to dip out to see Maceo Plex.
JMJ was freaking amazing though. And no one was at the stage. We got a great spot - soulwax was so good, but glad I left a few minutes early to see JMJ.
Also, haven't seen in mentioned a ton, but Jungle fucking threw down Saturday night. That was such a fun, fun set. If you go to post malone instead of that, you will wake up with the stale taste of regret.
