Who do you guys think delivered the better sophomore record of the female pop Gov Ball performers: Lorde, CHVRCHES or Haim?

I'm debating going to that but having a hard time getting amped since it's a seated floor. Do you happen to know who are what decides if acts do a GA or Seated floor? Some make no sense GA (The National, Belle and Sebastian) while some leave me scratching my head as to why they are seated (RHCP).

They tend to do seated or split floors if its a bigger act.

I figure it's usually based on style/audience the act caters too. Younger skewing acts I always figured made more sense for a GA floor since there's jumping around and what not. That being said, I guess a seated floor allows you to sell VIP packages with guaranteed up close seats as opposed to GA when it's first come first serve.
I really like this. It's funny - there are other bands that do what CHVRCHES does, but something about their stuff resonates me in a special way. Maybe it's Mayberry's voice? I dunno. Whatever the case, it works.
Missing out on their set was one of my great sadnesses around the Sunday cancellation of 2016. I'm looking forward to redemption this year.
