A) I do regret not bringing this up earlier B) If things are done in the open and according to the rules I dont know what to say to them C) No regrets bruh!!!!! D) Annoying rules are annoying
Plot hole.
Or do is this the case of the unreliable narrator as a plot device?
I also should mention, on the subject of rule changes, that this particular one helps me to be organized. Every time there is a change in this, every time there is a draft pick, I have to make three or four changes.
There is a system that helps me stay on top of things and the vaguer things are, the more mistakes get made. This leads to people's drafts being reflected inaccurately, the same individual being picked twice and general delays in information showing in the OP and, later, in polls.
Proposed Rule Change: Override Rule 17 so that individual roles do not need to be designated.
Games have rules and part of the challenge/fun is working within them. If the rule was not clearly established prior to the start of the game, was somehow inherently unfair or flawed, or was really causing unnecessary large-scale problems, I might vote to change it; but that's not the case. Therefore, I vote no.
I apologize, what I was wanting is to slide up in this current round and, as ken bone pointed out, being right next to the turn is nice for the back to back opportunities. So, I'm def not down for the permanent trade and Nothingbutwednesday can't offer me a chance to slide up this round since you already went. I would've loved that first pick though!

Ah, okay, I misunderstood what you were looking for.
Yeah, I was pretty excited when I saw that I got to pick first. My director pick was really the only element that I was worried at all about not getting, so I was glad to get that one out of the way right off the bat.

A solution could be to have roles only mentioned when people submit their final lineup for voting

I feel like I was made a fool for having kept a spreadsheet during the last draft, but it significantly helped me not look like a bigger fool later for having to re-re-edit my lineup because I had taken already drafted acts. Going back and forth to the OP is way more difficult than just keeping a list of who you want and whos off the board.

Oh, I had a spreadsheet for who I had on my board as well as separate ones for what categories acts fell in, a running billing order and another working schedule to make sure that it was feasible. That's why I was so successful.

Well I remember Krisp being the one most giving me shiz and look how that turned out for him.

It may be worth it to just have a Google Doc set up that we can all edit and update with the pics so we could have that accessible for all of us without having to do the OP thing
