Whether it's your first Bonnaroo or you’re a music festival veteran, we welcome you to Inforoo.
Here you'll find info about artists, rumors, camping tips, and the infamous Roo Clues. Have a look around then create an account and join in the fun. See you at Bonnaroo!!
And yea, he did say "I hope you have a good coachella"
The thing about him saying it is that is equally likely that a) it was a drunk slip of the tongue b) it was a joke and c) he actually thinks he is at Coachella.
It's an upgrade for Bonnaroo, but it still falls short of what the other major fests can do at this point.
How many years ago did we get screens at the tents, 3 years ago?
I thought the same thing when I saw pics online. Underwhelming to say the least.
And no streaming for me tonight. I figure seeing Tool live for the first time is a better use of my time.
Nice man. Just remember that the screens, projections and lighting all evolve (bloom?) during the show. You won't be disappointed.
Also, if you have lots of energy, they repeat the stream all the way up to tomorrow when the Saturday broadcast begins. I'll have it on, but I'm really only interested in Preservation Hall, Kevin Morby, Stick Figure, Turkuaz, and Angelique Kidjo. Maybe Glass Animals too. I don't really get the mass appeal, so I probably need to pay more attention to them.

I'm good with Case Bloom. It seems he's more of a selector, and he's selecting a lot of groovy old R&B/soul tunes. It's not the kind of set that will change your life, but I'd take this over bad EDM, boring indie, or soft pop.
You know what's funny...They did a "12 Things" you might not know about Bonnaroo during the redbull live stream, and one of the numbers was "Bonnaroo has late night sets, sometimes going until sunrise" lol.

Waiting for Welles to start on RedBullTV, catching a little bit of this Goldfish...thing. I feel like they could really use a guy up there folding sweaters to add to their aesthetic.

How excited are you for Getter tonight?!?!??!
I will probably torture myself with a minute or so of listening.

Nice! Didn't realize this was your first time seeing them!
I felt bad for justinmn9319 when they announced the MN date the same time as Bonnaroo.
They're one of my top five favorite bands but I think this is the first time they have come to MN since I have lived here. And I grew up in a state with basically no live music so haven't had the opportunity yet.
Haha, poor Case, I'm debating whether I should show them all these comments or not. Anyone go to the Case Bloom/DJ Rate (Boom Bap) show in the Silent Disco last night?

Tell him to learn how to mix. It seemed like there was zero attempt many times, just instantly from A to B. It'd kill any groove he had going, and would take a minute to get back into it.
There were periods with some decent song selection, but it was hard to keep any momentum in the set.
I enjoyed Luke combs when I watched him on the replay last night.
the lyrics are so fucking inane
Yea. I won't say he's a great writer. A few friends are into country so the last few years I've gotten into it more as we sit around the fire drinking. He's one of the guys they've introduced me to lately. Good enough music to sit around and drink a few to and chill

it doesn't help that i pretty much hear him singing "i voted for trump" over and over anyway...
