Damn it Launchpad we just got through 21P and The Weeknd. I was already scared enough with potentially having Imagine Dragons headlining. You know that's coming one year or another.
Ha sorry. Makes sense though. He played Firefly a few years back. Since then hes headlined Coachella and Hangout. Plus he has that new album coming out. He would probably sell a bunch of tickets for them too.

Idk, maybe its just for if (when) Oasis gets back together. It would be interesting to see what kind of festivals and venues they would play in the US though.

Next years festival headliners are gonna be so much better than this years, and if Firefly uses Imagine Dragons for a top line booking that would be a real shame.
I think The Strokes would connect more with the target audience than Arcade Fire. That sounds counter-intuitive since the Strokes peaked way before Arcade Fire, but they seemed to connect with a young crowd exceedingly well at Landmark Festival.

Green Day would definitely headline. If they are around they are an obvious booking for Firefly. Personally I'd be cool with it admittedly. It wouldn't be my first choice but it could always be much worse.

I had to look up what those flags were. My suspicions confirmed: never gonna attend this festival.
I thought the crowds at Lolla were way worse. Besides a few bad apples I didn't have too much of an issue. Although admittedly it's easier for me to stomach because everyone's around my age.

My university experience was at a party school in the Northeast, so I'm all too familiar with the Barstool Sports brand. Not my cup of tea. I'll totally believe you in that Lolla is worse, but that festival frankly doesn't appeal to me either. More power to those that can handle/tolerate/stomach them!
