I really, really, really hope there is some more Boston Calling crossover. Alvvays is one of the bands I want to see most this year, and they're gonna be in my town in a few weeks...the same day my parents arrive for a visit. So now it looks like an NFF booking is my only hope to see them this year!
Other Boston Calling crossover I'd like to see: I would have said Charly Bliss isn't a fit in the past, but after watching Seratones last year I think they could be great in the "early rockers on the quad" slot, and I'd love to see them at NBC. And I think anyone who saw Julien Baker in 2016 would love to have her back. I cry at Newport at least once a year, and it was definitely her set that got me in '16.

Charly Bliss is an acquired taste for sure, but I have acquired it. Glad to hear Julien is probably in.
Brandi is one of my most favorite <3 I sold my High Water ticket and I was worried that if she wasn't announced for Newport, I might not see her this tour (Boston and NYC dates are not a possibility for me).
