I think he was just saying this festival is for people who love music and not the names who make the music. If that makes any sense
Also, I freaking love MLV. I love that he loves Jenny Lewis because I love Jenny Lewis and I love that he just sounds like such a fan of music. Also, for Delta Spirit fans, sounds like it's not him that's holding up the next album but maybe the rest of the band?
So who all is repeatedly checking to see if they got those DT tickets?
Do we check the seated website? Or just wait on an email? I was wondering when we'd find out. This is why I hate those online contests for winning tickets/merch or whatever. I'd rather be informed I didn't win than not informed at all lol

Please Note: These shows are 21+ with ID required. Will Call is the only allowed delivery method. No alternate pickup is allowed and tickets may not be transferred to another party.
The FAQ for the Deer Tick tickets does say this, though. So wonder what the final verdict is.
Seated doesn't currently place any restrictions on the transfer or resale of tickets. We understand that plans can change and sometimes you will no longer be able to attend an event. We'll always help you get rid of your tickets when we can.
If your tickets are left for Will Call pickup...
If your tickets have been left at will call, then you can contact support@seated.com to have the name on the will call list changed. We request that you do this at least 48 hours before the event - otherwise we can not ensure that the box office will receive the update in time.
Also, considering The blues cafe has said that you can't transfer/change tickets every year but they tend to let you (as long as the buyer shows up with the people who are taking the tickets) I'd guess it should still be possible.
Newport has been very careful to direct all questions about the Deer Tick aftershows to the band itself. Very likely that there are different conditions for these shows than there are for any of the other aftershows actually being put on by Newport.

Yeah, the DT shows have always been more of an “in cooperation with” NFF rather than a NFF Presents

I requested all three nights and just got Sunday. I wonder if they are drawing each day separately, starting with Sunday? Since anyone who has gotten any, it has been for Sunday.

Our friend who got tickets told me that she got an email that says more tickets go on sale at noon? Not sure what to make of that whether it's another show or they're just going to choose Saturday then.
