Can anyone figure out why the Dolphins were willing to get rid of Ajayi for a 4th round pick? He is currently 13th in rush yards (465) in the NFL, only two behind Philadelphia lead back Blunt (467). Is it the lack of touchdowns?
Who is going to run the ball for the Dolphins?! Their next best guy, Damien Williams, has 32 yards on the season. On 12 attempts.
And Philadelphia just got even better. This trade is absolute garbage

What I gathered from that article is that despite being their best and possibly only offensive weapon, sometimes he wasn't good enough. And he "didn't buy into" what the Dolphins wanted to accomplish, which apparently must've been being completely terrible at offense.

As to that, I refer you to Greg's post above. In the end, that's what it is, but I prefer to leave the responsibility of the harshest assessments to the fanbase.

It's just frustrating because Gase has gone out of his way to excuse Cutler's awful play with all these placating comments about everyone else needing to do their job and the offensive line not being where it needs to be, but apparently Ajayi doesn't get the same benefit of getting excused for his underwhelming play by the coach. And anyone watching can see that he has nowhere to run every game.
We obviously don't know what goes on behind the scenes, but I've literally heard nothing about him being any type of cancer in the locker room until today when we decide to ship him off for nothing in the midst of a season where you're 4-3 and not even close to being out of the mix and your offense needs all the help it can get.
We spend all that money on Suh and the talk is now we're giving up on Suh after this season. There are trade rumors swirling about Landry for a year that amount to nothing. We know the offensive line is a problem and yet we do nothing to address it.
I'm very jaded after 15+ years of poor performance, but I really don't think the organization has a plan most of the time. We get some exciting pieces here and there, but there is never any sort of medium or long term roadmap to compete for a championship.

All cause of this right here. That's not nearly the worst thing he's ever done. Miami just figured out he is hot headed and is good for something dumb at least once a year like it's some kind of hidden NFL secret.

yeah, but if someone gets Suh for like 5 million its a steal.

For sure. He's a fine player, but he does have that drawback. Don't start freaking out when he does something when he has a long history of doing shit.
I'm also pretty stoked it was Mallet. I've always been pretty chill with Suh, I think he's incredible and I'm not a Dolphins/Lions/Huskers fan so i dont give a shiz about him getting penalties. Him doing that to Mallet though, wooo, #pumped.
If there is ever was a player in this decade who might actually murder a man on the field, I feel like that player is Suh. That might've been the first time I've ever seen a man lift another man up by his neck in real life. I've always assumed it was some Hollywood move that wasn't physically possible.
So Schefter reported the Bengals/Browns agreed on McCarron for a 2nd AND 3rd round pick right at the deadline, NFL says they didn't hear back from in Cleveland in time and denied it. I think that would been a great haul for McCarron.

Deshaun Watson out for the year with a torn ACL in practice. This is so terrible. He was such a bright spot for the NFL this year.
Like seriously one of the worst things I've ever heard. He was on the way to breaking every record for rookie qbs. Also he seems like he's a great guy. I hope he can come back from this, he already has once.

I'm a Cowboys fan, but I'll be damned if the Astros winning the World Series and the next day the Texans losing their ROY QB isn't the most Houston sports thing ever.
I been watching some Bills Mafia videos. That's completely insane, and I kinda want to go to a Bills game now.
There was a lot less of that early in the season when there was hope. As the hope goes, the alcohol abuse kicks in with a fury. With upcoming games against KC & NE (x2), you should have some good videos soon.
If you do go, you should seek out Pinto Ron's tailgate.
