Whether it's your first Bonnaroo or you’re a music festival veteran, we welcome you to Inforoo.
Here you'll find info about artists, rumors, camping tips, and the infamous Roo Clues. Have a look around then create an account and join in the fun. See you at Bonnaroo!!
I love your Ween hope but a band that half of their songs are about doing blow and no one under 30 have heard of doesn't seem like i will end up on this lineup.
Riviera Maya is awesome but it’s strange down on the resorts. You have to go through so many armed gates and shit to get from one place to another. We might go back to Arkansas and do Backwoods the week before Bonnaroo. But that kind of depends on who is at Bonnaroo. Foo Fighters+Phish and I could go back to Tennessee.

Any inside info on rumors? There's nothing this year. I know they usually copy a headliner from Voodoo. My guess is Arctic Monkeys this year? Which they're good, but that'd be meh for me.
Ooofffff...a 50-minute ride in Astroworld and Zzzzzzz 1975.
This is the Hangout thread, correct?
Yes, but aim high and conduct retro-expectation management. Say Foo, Muse, Killers and you might have explain the reality of Imagine Dragons. You say The 1975 and you end up explaining the reality of 30 Seconds to Mars.
The thing about AM is that if the rumors of them at Roo are true, then they're only in the US for that and MSG. They'd certainly fit though.
Muse - Travis Scott - The 1975

Id hold off on the 50 min in Astroworld concept until we see Travis' tour. Cant imagine he will do 50 minutes at a standalone show, and he might just ride that set into 2019 festivals
I'm sure some of the vets around here have an idea of the top 3/4 but no1 really cares anymore. This thread used to be at 150 pages by this time, maybe more.

He did that at VooDoo. Had 75 minutes scheduled. Hit the stage 7 minutes late and left 17 minutes early. It can be quality over quantity argument (the crowd was jumping for 50 minutes) , but 50-minutes seems to be short-changing customers.

I’m local and not even sure about going back this year and have been since 2012. Like the lineups of course just haven’t been cutting it. I’m hoping for the 10 year to be a solid lineup to get me back but headliner wise i would need some sort of mixup of Sir Paul, Eminem, Pearl Jam, Metallica, Jack White or The Raconteurs, or Kanye. Just 2 of those would probably have me back and happy headlining wise.
But realistically from past 2 years I’m expecting a mix of any of Muse or Arctic Monkeys being the best and do like both but not enough for the rest of the lineup being weak mixed with Travis Scott, The 1975, Post Malone(i actually like just not as a headliner), Lana Del Rey, Drake, or Imagine Dragons.

Saw his set at Lollapalooza. They were certainly jumping! Never knew what would happen next :-)
Think he did almost all of his allotment. He would be whack on the beach.

I think Travis Scott is one of the worst headlining acts out there. He sacrifices good sound for loudness, good setlist management for stacking his best songs at the end, energy pacing for hype, and brings the worst possible crowd out.
