Now that Day for Night is back, could we use that $500 and vat full of blood and semen to ressurect FFF/SOS?
If I’m really going to make my parents eat there fucking words we need to go huge guys. I’m thinking Fyre Fest. Double your bucket output and anyone who knows Ja please reach out.
I know I said I think The Cure/ Gorillaz would be too big for this fest (still Feel that way)
Which would you guys prefer? which would do better?
The Cure/ Jamiroquai Gorillaz/ Chemical Brothers
anything you put with chemical brothers wins. it could be chemical brothers and paul wall on a stairclimber with a microphone up his butt i'd still choose chemical brothers over the cure / jamiroquai.

SWISHA HOOOOOUSSSEEEE!!!
real talk i'm all for another Welcome To Houston set, or anyone from that crew.
Yeah. I was laughing today when I saw both Juicy J and Project Pat on Mempho's lineup for October. Alas, I'll be at ACL that weekend. But yeah, anyone from old scene Houston would be welcomed. Anyone from Memphis too if they can pull some of the old guys. And speaking of which, I wonder why DJ Paul is never on festival lineups. Maybe his empires bring him in enough money that he doesn't want to get out and play to festival crowds. But he'd be automatically #1 for me on any lineup besides some shit at a Roger Waters level.

Might have already mentioned it but Stones Throw vinyl throw down would be sweet to open a day. Egyptian Lover would be dope by himself as well. You guys think Animal Collective would be possible?

Animal Collective would be a good fit for D4N. Not sure where'd they'd be scheduled, green closer maybe? maybe blue stage LN?

The original plan was to hold it at a different site every year, so they probably have a few places in mind. Or they can just have it at the studio space they had it the first year. Shouldn't be a huge deal.
I could be into a change in venue, but location is pretty perfect for me and I'm not too sure where else it could go really. I doubt they could get the stadium, and with it being in football season idk that they could get the parking lot even. Toyota doesnt really have a parking lot. The other big venues are in too residential of areas to go that late. I didn't go the first year so I'm not sure if it's gotten too big to be at Silver Street again.
but im also not up on the abandoned building real estate market so who knows maybe there's a dope warehouse space or an abandoned factory or something.

The first year had Kendrick, who might be the biggest act they've had in any of the three years. It was a pretty big space. I think they could still have it there.
I didn't know about Silver Studios or Post HTX as venues before the festival was there, so who knows what they'd be able to come up with.
Rice are probably too lame to hold it, but I've always thought they could host a decent music festival (like, more substantial than the KTRU Outdoor Show).
A change of venue would be a bad idea. Their current one feels like home and very much sets the vibe for the entire festival. Any move would be a bad one imo.
