And what? Those are contemporaries of his solo era even though he started out maybe 9 or 10 years before Laurie and probably 15 before Bjork went solo. They are all solo artists that came out of avant garde performance backgrounds. Bjork did the VR and DJ set. Laurie did mostly a spoken word show. If they could ever get him, I wouldn't expect Peter Gabriel to come out with a full on world band. But his artistry is fine and within the reach of this festival.
Also, I said it's what "I" want. I realize you were only commenting that you thought it would be a strange booking. And that's fine if you feel that way and you might even be right. Eno is probably more likely in any capacity than Gabriel. I was throwing my two cents in.

Went to mad cool and can confirm massive attack bailed. Kind of a weird situation, their stage was set up and after 90 minutes blamed it on sound bleed but I think it’s nonsense. Wasn’t an issue at any other time in the fest.. but will say the stages were close together for such a massive festival I think they were pissed they didn’t get a main stage in all honesty. Both justice and massive attack should have been on one of the two main stages and not the side edm tent.

Also for what it’s worth - D4N is a much better festival, although NIN were incredible last night.
This cruise thing ends 7AM on 12/15 in Miami so these acts are probably still in play. Really hoping for Peggy Gou. 2manydjs and dixon would be cool too.
