I know you are just playing around, but I don't think Tom Waits has ever played a festival. I'm very lucky to have seen him live, it's an insane live show. He might be the most comfortable person I've seen on a stage. His banter was fantastic. One of my favorite pieces of banter occurred when people started yelling out requests in between songs. He kept acting like he couldn't understand what people were saying, and kept asking people to repeat their requests. Of course everyone was shouting requests at the same time so this "confused" him more. He suggested we all band together and vote on one representative who would make song requests for everyone.

also orbital would be a line 1 or 2, and you need more yellow stage techno or acid DJs. would be sweet if D4N brought in some of The Bunker NYC crew.
I'm not entirely trying to predict the exact way the fest is going to be, because no one has that ability. Just having fun with what fits the fest, playing around, like postjack said. Tom Waits would be my dream show, but it'll never happen - jealous of ya!

Oh god, I forgot. My only guess is that they were only available in August-September, and fest pickings are slim compared to the rest of the year.
