Sack on 3rd down to end the drive gets extended because the sacker spiked the ball in excitement. Thought it was only the NFL with trash like that in it.

7 fake points.
The refs have had a couple of suspect calls or non calls already in this game on both sides.
On a related note, both squads need to settle down. Guy from LSU just got tossed for being dumb.

I've seen a couple Texas games this season. Ehlinger is becoming a favorite player of mine. This game is gonna get him on a few more radars going into next season.
Ehlinger is the mothafuckin man. Broke Vince Young’s td record. Only a sophomore too, so two more years of the Westlake kid getting even better. Future is bright. Like he said, “We’re baaaack.” Next season will be very interesting.
Any word on Lil’Jordan and Collin Johnson returning for another year?
Collin Johnson says the College Advisory Committee doesnt view him as a top two round pick and will wait to figure it out and Humphrey hasnt commented on it so he probably got the same result. Hopefully they’ll be talked into coming back.

Texas looked good last night (and the Dawg fans on here are eerily silent), but I am resolved to not overhype Texas coming into the next season. I'd love it for someone to break the Alabama/Clemson/Oklahoma/Ohio St hold on the playoff and Texas is one of the easy ways to do it, but I'm not jumping the gun on them.

Agreed. They're back on the map of being competitive, but I am not penciling them for the playoffs quite yet.

I think there's a good chance they win the big 12 next year. But just like Georgia, it doesn't mean they're elite. It takes more than one playoff to be in that club.

well game didn't end as badly as it should have been with all them fuck offs by them dawgs in the first half. def felt like a homage to Coach Richts time at UGA.
but our crew is young and new crop of players is looking great. #2 recruit class down from #1 last season. we will be back & around for a while.
just like that old classic goes, "sit down, be humble." and some of them dawgs def got some humbling to do.
