Are they back at the 2016 venue this year or are they still doing construction there? Both locations were really cool but the new location is such a hike.
I do believe it's the new location again, but this is the last time. They mentioned moving for 2 years while PJD renovations were being completed

sure hope so but they did play Quebec City last year. Seems odd though that as of now Arctic Monkeys and Gorillaz are coming for one off shows at Lolla.

True. Also they do have other acts playing during the headliners so it wouldn't be so bad. Last year they had Nicolas Jaar playing at the same time as Muse.

This may be enough to get me to go again this year. Put someone like Todd Terje or Nicolas Jaar during the Killers and I'd be a happy man.
The Killers aren't a bad headlining act but man are they overbooked for my brain. Again, that's my view. Killers sell tickets. If that's the top 3, I'll consider it but it'll need good support.

Killers arent bad at all (I even think the new album is okay). I just have seen them 6 times already with Sunday Panorama already planned as the 7th. Im burnt out. I dont dislike them but I dont like them that much.
Given that they'd easily have the biggest crowd of those three names (and it wouldn't even be close), I don't know if that's fair to say
I mean, yeah they probably do. But it's not really relevant.
I think Jack White is bigger or at least on par.
Always a tough thing to gauge but if you go by booking/selling power Jack barely sold out MSG while The Killers sold out MSG and almost sold out Barclays. I have no idea if that would play out differently in Canada

I'm just so broke at the moment and I know the second this lineup appears I'll have friends wanting to make moves. But I always try to get everyone to hold out til Lolla drops (usually around 3 weeks after). This is why I always end up in Montreal instead of Chicago

lol. Well Lolla's setup is really cool with the city scape and everything.. But its so much more crowded, expensive, and ends earlier. I also love Montreal way more than Chicago. But I'd be interested in hearing how you think they compare if you hit up both.
