There's a difference between having to wait hour for someone to pick and want in to extend the draft because its good fun and people are having fun making their own line up with it.
Are trades btw still allowed in the 48 hours we get to submit our 75 UFDA's or is it close once the 25 rounds are over?

Trades are allowed until your UDFAs are submitted.
I like the idea of the slow reveal. It allows people like me who haven’t been spamming their lineup to have a chance to talk a little more in depth about their festival.

I'll be sending a copy of my UDFAs to a non-participant before I let you guys know to send them in to me. That way there is no potential for shenanigans.
Against more novelty sets. I agree with the assertion that even two is more than typical.
For slow reveals. If they all get dumped at once, it's gonna be hard to keep track of them all.
It seems like most people are in favor but I haven't done a count. If so, I'll probably do the drawing and then announce time slots for the reveals so that we people can plan if they'd like to post any videos or anything.

Yeah I’m for as well. But slowly as in once every couple hours or every hour or something. It’s gonna take a couple of days for people (and I) to make the posters anyway.
I think when a person is randomly selected, all of it should be released: List of FA, the whole lineup, poster & schedule (if present), any other extra info.

I think it will be easier to spot any ineligible acts if it's just the free agents and the superjam without an additional 25 names on the list.

I’m making quite a few posters so it wouldn’t be fair if I were to receive others lineups ahead of time. Poster reveal should come as they’re finished.
