I don't think the pre-draft discussion was particularly robust, to be fair.
That's not me being butt-hurt about this new proposal failing. I'm good with it. I'd rather neuter a rule that I disagree with, if possible, but keeping the rules the way they are is fine for me.
I was more highlighting that it was available rather how well it actually went.
On this most recent one, I agree with you on it. I totally think what he did was within the rules, but tЯist♡n being able to get The National and Sufjan as UFDAs kind of sucks.

This isn't directed at anyone, and I could certainly do a better job of this myself, but I wish we would celebrate each other's picks a little more beyond just liking the posts with bands that we like.
Like, what's everyone's favorite Mac Demarco song? I don't know his music super-well, personally, so this isn't one where I have an answer for that. But I think since it's all a hypothetical, for-fun deal, and we have some decent downtime between picks sometimes, we could do some stuff to make it a little more lively. It is a competition, but we all love music.
I'm still going to draft ASAP, though. No glory for RedFrog and cdev! (Jk)

I realized last night that I was so focused on winning that I stopped having fun. So I'm changing directions and will attempting trades now until my lineup is completely suited to my tastes.
Edit: Will not be trading Adele, Neil, Nico, or Air, but everyone else is on the table if anyone has offers. I'll probably be willing to trade acts for less than they're worth, just don't be a poop. =)

This is a good idea, and I couldn't agree more. But at the same time, some people keep shitposting on others' lineups and this makes me wanna contribute less and less here.

I'd love to up the 30 free agents to 50 or something. Before this game started, I looked up the posters of last years and most of em were stacked but there was not really any room for much of an undercard imo. I mean, 55 acts spread over 3 days means nearly 20 acts a day which means 4 acts per stage per day (What, Which, Other, This, That). Which idk, isn't that much imo.. idk
