we're leaving early wednesday as well...hopefully 6am-ish. i want to get to manchester early enough to party at wal mart and meet up with others coming from other states that we're camping with.

just got done butchering 40 lbs of artic char, 30 lbs halibut, 50 duck breasts for "Corned Duck", plus regular dinner service, and I've gotta be back at 6:30am to get ready for a big day of banquets full dinner service and prolly 14 hours of work. i love what i do but i'm f-ucking ready for Bonnaroo!

Hey folks! I am looking for a rideshare for my best friend, a dashing young gent in the bryan/college station area who is carless at the moiment. I will be coming from NYC-->Lexington, KY and driving on to 'roo, so he might fly the one way and need a ride back, or grab a ride both ways if it seemed pretty sure. Did anyone still have any room (either for both ways, or just for the haul home)? Thanks!!
I'm hoping to go to ACL as well. I know the weekend passes already sold out, so i'll probably just decide the one or two days I want to go to the most (probably friday and sturday) and get a ticket if they're not sold out by then.

Wayne Campbell: Good call. It's like he wants us to be liked by everyone. I mean Led Zeppelin didn't write tunes everybody liked. They left that to the Bee Gees.

I remember the rumor a few months ago was a Texas festival. Was Austin the supposed location? That would be too much to handle
the land they've been supposedly looking at is actually up near georgetown which is about 20 minutes north of austin. close enough for me, though! it's a piece of land that used to be a ranch, but no longer operates as one.

Just wanted to let out a big WHOOP for all of the fellow Roo'ers heading out from Texas A&M, or just Roo'ers who are current students there!!!
It'd be tight if we could at least meet each other at the farm. This might be dumb, but I'm giving out my number for anyone who wants to share a little Aggie spirit at Roo. Myself and my 2 buddies just finished our freshman year at the place.

I'm making lasagna so I can have a nice meal before roo. Chillin with my best friend/roomate. Have to be at work in an hour and a half. All my stuff is packed and i'm ready to go! Just have to get through a boring tuesday night behind the bar!
