I just go to the Guadalupe, but its not very remote. Whitewater Sports has a lot of space when its not crowded and the coolest chillspot and view overlooking the guadalupe river. It is one of my favorite places in Texas.

Whitewater Sports campgrounds, up the hill past the campgrounds heading upstream from the bridge. It says no climbing, but who cares. THere is a ledge thats perfect for sitting and drinking or whatever, and its 100+ feet up. You would not want to fall off that ledge.
MO-RANCH!@!?!??!!?!?!??!? I've been there!!! i don't know if you think it's as weird as I do that you've been there! But I went there about a year and a half ago! Near kerrville, right?
Kerrville sounds familiar... I was young and didn't really take notice of towns since I didn't know how useful they come in when you're driving . I remember really liking the place, it was always really fun. Do they still have that huge deathtrap slide/rollercoaster? that thing was great!
YES! I couldn't believe that thing when I saw it! And you take like a huge sled with wheels up to the top and go down on it! Wow, great times at mo-ranch!
hell yea, that thing is a lawsuit waiting to happen. a kid actually got clipped by it while my group was there our first year. so is there camping in that area? that would be really fun to camp along that river.
That's exactly what I was thinking too! How are they still allowed to have that thing!? I'm not sure about camping, I looked it up but the website isn't very good. I would be surprised if there wasn't some type of camping though.
i'm thinkin of talking to my youth director about camping out there, i know he used to travel around camping a lot. we should have an inforoo camping trip!
i'll be watching. i normally just keep my nose out of politics but for some reason it has sparked my interest, which i take as a good thing. better than my usual feeling of apathy
we had one and it worked alright for a while and now we just cant figure it out anymore, but thats our fault cause we lost the directions. other than that, its loud and takes a crap load of time to do anything
Hey People, I am coming from Houston also! There are three of us so far...this will be our first Bonnaroo!! This is my sister's college graduation present from me...we're pretty excited.
