I'm just trying to figure out the significance of this dolphin
Some have also suggested Superorganism, with the majority of their cover art having the silhouette of a dolphin. Guess we'll find out tomorrow if we should be paying attention to the loading screen

Superorganism use a whale, not a dolphin. That said, Superorganism would be a cool act to book.

My wife just called and told me I got one of the VHS tapes. I won't be home until late tonight since I'm going to see Stars at Brooklyn Steel...and I don't own a VCR. Currently hitting up a friend I know does have one who I can visit tomorrow.

Someone on reddit suggested Panda Bear, since he has a song called "Dolphin."
I'm going with Panda Bear....they've played GovBall before, have a new album coming in 2019, and are not a headliner as they don't typically use clues to reveal headliners

Oof, that Firefly lineup. I am really happy that Post's booking last year means we're most likely avoiding seeing him this year, particularly in a headlining slot, which would have been such a drag.
EDITED TO ADD: If GovBall totally breaks precedent and does book him as a headliner, I'll be over here in the corner being all sad, 'n' shit.
Given that the second clue revealed so far is a bunch of clouds in a blue sky, I'd start to think you might be right ("Get Off of My Cloud"). But their MetLife shows break the radius clause, no?

I think theyd let the stones play Metlife on Friday Gov Ball Saturday then Metlife sunday if they wanted. However, its not the stones

My current going theory is Florence & the Machine. "Dog Days Are Over" contains the lyric, "Can't you hear the horses, 'cause here they come," and she has a tune titled "Sky Full of Song."
I dunno how I'd feel about that. I've never seen Florence, and this seems like it might be as good an opportunity as any - plus, GovBall has never booked a female headliner, so it'd be about time. That said, it wouldn't blow my hair back as much as some of the other possibilities we've all been kicking around.
EDITED TO ADD:Another VHS clue was just posted, this one of someone walking along the south bank of the River Thames in London. I think this reinforces the Florence theory.

I like FlorenceATM and think this is an interesting and creative promo, but isn't it a bit much to reveal Florence as a headliner? I mean they've played Barclays Center twice this Fall without much fanfare.
From what I heard, Florence was supposed to headline the Meadows this past fall so it makes sense. However, given she's already played Brooklyn 3 times this year, but of an uninteresting headliner and don't think it'll draw much. Panic At The Disco would probably whip up more excitement at this point (as much as all of you would hate that).

Isn’t Panic at MSG in Jan?
Doing Barclays and Prudential so they're definitely out. I was just saying that they, at this point, are a bigger ticket draw than Florence & The Machine.
Only option besides Kanye for this one is Chainsmokers
Can you explain Chainsmokers? I don't see it being Kanye especially if they have clues out for a different headliner. There's gotta be some significance to that bubblegum and lips thing in the corner

They have a song called Kanye where the lyrics are “I wanna be like Kanye”
