I feel like this fest is gonna get stuck with a really shitzy third headliner like Post Malone or cheese EDM
I think one thing we can all celebrate is that, since Post Malone played last year, it’s 99% certain he won’t be booked this year. Hallelujah, holy shit.
I could see Post Malone getting that Chance the Rapper return bump. He'd certainly move tickets and his Barclays shows are far enough away and have sold decently well.
Kids See Ghosts - Florence - Post Malone - Vampire Weekend - Kygo - The 1975 - Mark Ronson - Tyler the Creator - Interpol - Odesza - St. Vincent

Maybe in 2020, but there’s no way they bring him back a second year in a row. Chance got that bump from 2014 to 2016, but they’ve never doubled up like that year-to-year, especially with a high-profile artist.

Yeah, ESPECIALLY when that artist has done 2 arena shows in the area in between.
I feel like Gov Ball will consist of a lot of "eh, I'd see them if I was at a festival but whatever" acts for me. For instance, nothing wrong with M0 and I enjoyed her set at Panorama but not essential by any means.
Strokes aren’t happening, their first show back is in July
I don't have the faintest idea who's headlining Gov Ball, but I think people are making way too much of promotional puffery from some rando in Spain that may be in translation.

Bilbao BBK Live isn't a "rando", given that it's been active since 2006. Also CoS spoke with a representative of the band who confirmed the "kick off their global comeback tour" statement.
