Has Tauk every played and if they have how long ago since cause I wouldn’t mind seeing them on the lineup if Phish is there. That’s a smaller “jam scene” band that would appeal crossover that I haven’t seen mentioned much.

damn very recently. I thought I saw their name on one of the lineups before getting into them. Hope they come back so I can catch them, just missed them pretty recently at a local-ish show cause I had to work.
Having ,Soccer mommy , renanta zeiguer, molly burch, , blitzen trapper , yaeji, and hatchie, would go a long way for smaller acts in the undercard. All have been on lineups past year or lineups announced for this upcoming year.

based on tour dates i'd consider them unlikely. nashville and athens dates in feb, shakey knees in may, europe dates may 30-2, gap, back in europe june 21-23. so while there is a gap, it seems more likely they'll stay in europe during that time, plus they've already had three shows in the south before then.

Sigur Ros with a limited NA tour to promote Liminal 3. Not sure that the soundbath concept would translate into anything but ambient soundbleed on the farm, but one can dream.
i saw them in like 14 and they opened for Cass McCombs who is way down on the Roo '14 lineup, so id imagine 2019 meat puppets is still not very high.
2019 Meat Puppets are at Riot Fest and maybe Muddy Roots.
I caught them at Muddy Roots this last year. They certainly exceeded my expectations and would be a cool legacy get for Roo. They weren't billed too high for Muddy I'd guess they'd fall into the lower midcard area.
Just realized Snail Mail is scheduled to play BergenFest on Wednesday, June 12, 2019...but then play Firefly the weekend of June 22nd. Is it extremely unlikely for them to fly in and play Roo Friday, Saturday, or Sunday afternoon?

I think that's pretty easily doable if Roo saw fit to book her, but I guess the Europe date so close makes them slightly less likely
