I was supposed to see Todd a couple weeks ago in Holyoke but it got canceled and re-scheduled for June. I wonder if this booking is going to affect that show with the radius clause, I hope not. It would suck to have the show canceled twice lol.
With Eaux Claires and Homecoming Festivals(both Dessner projects) taking a break in 2019 I'm wondering if the appearance of The National or the Dessner's may happen.

I'd say Big Red Machine, but I also think there's a very good chance they do Boston Calling, and not sure if they'd do both.
I'm down for them there in any capacity though. Ever since their twitter back and forth w/ Newport about Day of the Dead I've really really wanted that to happen.
Newport Festivals Foundation has made a donation on behalf of Haley Heynderickx to My Voice Music in Portland, OR. This donation will allow My Voice Music to purchase the 15 djembes needed in order to continue their important work with undocumented migrant youth held in detention centers seeking asylum.
This program is part of MVM’s social outreach programs which use music as a therapeutic tool to help over 1,000 youth each year to cope, to heal, and to discover the joy of creating music during crisis and recovery from significant trauma. A drum circle is one of the best was to facilitate making music with such a large group of people. After the drum circles, youth will have time to spend one on with their Spanish speaking Teaching Artists to write and record their own songs, poetry, and messages to friends and family.

In all likelihood, Harbor Stage.
She's playing in February at the Columbus in Providence. As the opener for Andy Shauf.

Real Stoked about Haley, I saw her in DC a while ago and she killed. Also stoked that she was my second bingo score. I’m interested if they’ll do a drop on Christmas and if they do, maybe it’ll be our Second headliner reveal or someone up top.
Every year the rollout seems so different. A few years ago it seemed like headliner after headliner; this is the first year we've gone this far and I don't know anyone. But learned a big lesson last year -- the acts under my radar are now some of my favorites. I am already hooked on Haley Henderickx (a typo nightmare).
It looks like Pete's 100 won't be celebrated at Clearwater Hudson River Revival, as they make the Mets look like a well-financed organization, so would love to see Newport pick up some of their more recent fav acts -- -- the Mavericks -- Dave Alvin and Jimmie Dale Gilmore -- Upstate -- Toshi Reagon -- Arlo -- Rhiannon Giddens, in any band, solo, day, night, whenever
Still pulling to see Of Monsters and Men live. And a big smile, and kudos to the person who put Tower of Power on their Bingo List. Ain't happening. But how cool to see Doc at NFF?
Was at the Hiss Golden Messenger show tonight in Providence.
It was mentioned Jay Sweet was in attendance and today is his birthday.
HGM put on a great show in the Quad last year, and was involved in the Phil Cook aftershow extravaganza that Sweet was gushing over. I think Sweet's a fan!
