Is it possible that music is subjective and some people may disagree with the couple people on here complaining about the lineup? or nah?
I mean, I’m sure a lot of people in the world legitimately like Saturday’s lineup, but many other people, many more people even, buy Saturday tickets because they want to go to Lollapalooza for a day and Saturday is obviously the best day of the week to choose. This has been the case every year no matter who plays.
When do the set times normally come out? Also, when do they normally release after party info? Out of towner, traveling to Chi for my first lolla
Last couple of years it's been set times in late May, and after shows normally are announced and on sale sometime in the middle of June. Let us know if you have any other questions, there are loads of people on here who would be able to help you out.

I'm sure I will! I am hoping to get the full experience and hoping to hit at least 1 aftershow!

$170 after fees is a lot of money for a single day of this fest. I know everyone is raising prices, but at least with Bonnaroo or Coachella you can tell yourself the extra money is going to make the experience nicer. This is the exact same fest it was when single days were $95.
It is April 25th, and even the Ariana day isn't sold out
I don't think Sunday ever sold out last year. It's always the toughest day to sell.
You're right, but I just assumed since Ariana was a liiiiitttllleee bit bigger than like Jack White and Arcade Fire she'd be able to pull it off. And yeah, the amount of money for a one day is pretty ridiculous.
Strongly leaning towards getting a Friday pass and an aftershow pass too. Gambino and Tame were both awesome at Coachella so I'd see them again, and if they can schedule Death Cab, Maggie, and IDLES correctly there should be enough to dabble with. I'll be waiting for the secondary market though.
Looks like I'll be there Friday. Still going to wait for a secondary market ticket 'cus they're way overpriced right now, but IDLES> Japanese Breakfast> Maggie Rogers> Chevelle> Death Cab> Bishop Briggs> Tame Impala will work just fine.
That Thursday and Saturday are two of the worst festival days I've ever seen, and then they have Kacey, Sharon Van Etten and Rosalia all playing at basically the same time on Sunday lol
If anyone has any recommendations for acts before HER on Thursday let me hear them. Otherwise HER > Rufus > King Princess > Strokes will be good with me
I'll need to listen and make some decisions for acts before IDLES but that day works out pretty well for me.
I'm upset about Yaeji being during Lil Wayne. Between Lil Wayne and Madeon there's really no one I'd see besides Gunna, and that'll be such a shit show coming from Lil Wayne. Also a whole dead hour between Gary Clark Jr and Wayne sucks. Saturday just isn't great lol.
Sunday is a full day for me and should be really fun. Some dumb conflicts but I'll make the best of it.
Really only hoping for aftershows from Yeaji and Rosalia I think. Unless Smart Bar does something cool besides the normal local acts they book at least I don't have to worry about after shows at all, not sure if I'd wanna pay for Tame Impala/The Strokes after shows if I could even get tickets since I'll be fine seeing them at the fest.

Can not recommend Beach Bunny enough...they just finished their debut and will absolutely be the next big thing in the scene
