That crazy IDLES set is on Channel 1 right now.
Not an idels fan (not into that genre). But I was bummed they didn’t do a replay of Tierra Whack. The schedule said she was supposed to be between Rüfüs & Idels.
This Childish cameo during 21 Savage is amazing. He looks peak comfort in his slides, 3 neck pillows and what looks like PJs. Wonder what he did to his arm tho. It wasn’t in a sling when we saw him last week.
Yesterday was everything I wanted it to be. IDLES was a wild way to kick it off, Maggie was great per usual, Chevelle was a nice little nostalgic throwback to high school, Death Cab's set was a near perfect mix of old and new songs (plus the Chance collab), and then Tame murdered it again like they always do. Hurtin this morning but it was a great day overall.
Just got a metro email saying the Kacey Musgraves show starts at 10 so I’m guessing it’s a situation where the DJ openers play until Kacey goes on stage.
The email is a typo, the show starts at 11pm.
I stand corrected, they are actually starting the show at 10. I suppose there's not much overlap in Kacey and 21 Pilots fan bases anyway.

I had fun watching Ghostemane. Knowing what it is, I get perverse satisfaction laughing at the mixmash of rap, death metal, nu metal, hardcore and doom. I enjoyed watching that fan get the face tattoo which came out pretty good (not sure who the artist was). Then at the end when they took the drill and mini jigsaw to the fender before destroying it was a fitting end. Haha. Finally catching the FKJ rerun which is good. CloZee as well, but I like her world style. Not too much on during the day, but I’ll probably catch some shit I don’t know while I’m home. I’m going to try to catch GCJ and Wayne/Bring Me the Horizon this evening. And I forgot about Tenacious D

All of the lower billed acts are just bands they picked off spotify playlists and were easy to book. I mean having a 4th day just warrants diluting your line up. If they focused the talent into 3 days again then it would make for a much more stacked weekend and better value for a ticket instead of having to wonder who the hell you wanna watch at 1pm on a side stage.
