Thanks guys for the support... We just got our power back on! My grandmother on the other hand will be days before she gets hers back... her neighborhood hardly has 1 house without damage... Her house and my other grandfathers house in the same neighborhood escaped damage but their immediate neighbors were not so lucky... Most of their houses have tons of damage to their roofs and just about anything else... Generators have kept us going the last few days and we luckily have gas hot water heaters so we were able to have hot shower... Our house survived but the trees in our back yard ended up on our neighbors roof... We have been working day and night to get the HUGE pine and oak trees off their house!

bos & meg- I'll be out of school before May 17th, so I would mos definitely be down to party and contribute if you still plan on having a shin dig.
And I saw you're going to see the North Mississippi All Stars on the 31st; my boyfriend LOVES them! Is Hal & Mal's a concert hall or a bar? I would love to get tickets for that.
Other than that, I can't wait to see all my mississippians at Bonnaroo!!!

I just told my boyfriend about it, and he's really interested in going. Tickets are only $15, and we were planning on seeing a show at the HOB that date, but the tickets are like $40, so we'll probably do this instead! I read that the food is pretty good at Hal & Mal's too, so we'll probably eat there also. We'll have to make plans to hang out!
