If the votes stays how it is, Carini is the only one who's vote matters. Obviously I would want this because it keeps me out of the final runoff but it'd also be much more beneficial to see where the final three go since they're not conflicted like Tainted said.
Though in this one there seems to be more going on
I agree. One of the complaints I had last game was town was not active enough - myself included there. Glad we are all trying to make an effort to keep things active this time around.
I can’t say I’m happy about the way things are going right now. I would like to see some more relevant voters than just giving Carini the deciding vote.

Are the first two votes relevant though? Seems like those would just be a race to not have to be the deciding vote.

Tainted and JTR will vote for each other leaving Carini as the deciding vote.

I'm saying in the scenario that someone switched over to Maddog to give us "3 relevant votes in the runoff" as JTR suggested. I'm questioning how relevant the first two in that scenario would be.

The only relevance is that they would have to decide in one direction or the other as opposed to it being left to Carini solely. There isn't a question as to how I or JTR would vote, and given that this game isn't occurring in person there is not the same immediacy in being able to jump to the "Not my problem" approach of early voting 1/3 and leaving it to the rest.
With all that in mind, I agree with you that it will ultimately come down to a single person deciding the split. With the former option, that choice could be made by up to 3 different people while in the latter option it will solely be made by Carini.

I'll just have to take your word that those first two votes could become useful down the line. Either way, it doesn't seem like it could hurt to switch over to Maddog and have slightly more information.
As a first timer, I don't want to be manipulated to change my vote by one or two people, but I'm on JTR for no good reason right now. If there is a general consensus that it would be better to switch, I will.

I have found that, for those first two votes, it's not who they vote for, it's who rushes to make those votes. Who wants to be the one to even it up? That is something I usually pay attention to. It's the smart move, but I feel like you can glean information from it.

Jortles > JTR > Maddog
Would have liked more people to chime in, but 4/4 on this page thought it would be better if we got to see more than 1 relevant vote in the next round.
Wow, nothing like saving a player from the runoff right before he's about to go forward. Why the vote switch, Jortles? Without appealing to what other people say they wanted this time.

I was convinced the people contributing to this day 1 that my switch would slightly help the town. I helped the town because I want the town to win.
This is why I don’t move when people tell me too off principal. It’s too easy to be mafia mini pupated. The fact no one was against the switch until after the round has closed is also of suspect to me.
