The Harris campaign is at least somewhat prepping for this.
It’s really refreshing to see them taking the worst case scenario seriously rather than dumbly assume the Trump team will be curbed by “norms” like they have for the last 10 years
This and also how we've abandoned "when they go low, we go high" mentality. You don't win middle America votes that way. The "better than you" mentality doesn't couple well with women candidates, unfortunately.

For the longest time it has felt like the response to "What's to stop the Republicans from doing X, Y, or Z" has been "Well, they can't do that. They aren't allowed to." And insert that for any kind of shady, illegal, or unprecedented action and if the GOP can find a loophole or some small workaround or plausible deniability then you can best believe they are going to exploit it. They don't care about breaking norms or throwing the rules out when it suits them. So it does feel good when it seems like it's being dealt with early.

Women are used to dealing with worst case scenarios. And as man1cpixiedreamgirl said, we are also sick of the go high when you go low BS. Fuck that, cut them off at the knees.
Have we even seen Trump and Vance together yet? The Harris/Walz image has been very much showcasing them as a duo, but Trump and Vance seem to campaigning completely separately.
Trump barely leaves one of his estates, it's Vance doing most of the campaigning.
And thats why 45 is gonna finally hold rallys outside with a pope mobile.

Speaking of people crying about losses, a local state rep challenged his primary loss earlier this month based off 1,000 people who shouldn't have voted in the republican primary bc they're not bonafide members of the party. He lost by 200-300 votes. The state law uses the word bona fide but doesn't define it. He argues the party rules do define it. Since it goes to the Tennessee Republican party for a ruling, I'll be interested to see if they take it up and where it goes. I also hope he loses bc he's awful.
Lewandowski was fired from the MAGA Inc. super PAC in 2021 after he was accused of making unwanted sexual advances toward Trashelle Odom, the wife of a donor, at a Las Vegas charity dinner.
Someone's name is honest to god Trashelle????? WTF
Who is running his campaign? Are they trying to incite the wrath of Swifties and get Taylor to openly endorse Kamala?
That would be a bigger miracle than her even mentioning Vienna at this point. If they want her to take a side then they need to use a song during a rally and wait for the cease and desist.
I’d be happy to vote for AOC whenever her time comes. She’s my favorite kind of Progressive in the Warren mold, eye on the ultimate prize but understands sometimes fighting for the inches can be just as important.
Also I think Hillary Clinton was great. Tough position to be in and she really landed it. Contextualized the Harris campaign with her own without ever making it about her.
