One of the guys from Chem Bros is a legit clinical psychologist and doesn’t ever take off more than a week to tour because of his patients. It’s almost impossible to get them to take an offer

That Smoker’s Club fest looks pretty fun. I can totally see Cudi being in Rocky’s closing spot ala 2019. Also Danny Brown and Earl would be pretty sick in something like the Isotropic.

Mid-October Miami shouldn't be too hard to find a place in the city. Although III Points in in the Wynwood neighborhood, which doesn't have a ton of inventory, but you might find some good Airbnbs in the apartments in Edgewater so you're still within walking distance.
