These headliners might appeal to a large amount of you, but I do not think it’ll come close to selling out. You might not like to hear it, but the festival crowd is mainly younger people (18-24) and idk anyone around my age who would think these artists would be worth the price/trip. There’s no musical diversity in those headliners, it’s all in the rock genre, so there no pulling in a little of each genre fan, if that makes sense. Coachella had it right. One rock band, one hip hop artist, one r&b/pop artist. If these leaks are true, 2021 will be a very different year, as gov ball will see that the older heads aren’t a big enough crowd for a supposedly 50K crowd per-day festival.
Less people attending, more bands i like and an older crowd....sounds like a win win win to me

2021 They’re gonna double down it’ll be ages 12+ with three headlining sets of Travis Scott and the undercard will be only playboy carti and tiktok creators.

I disagree. NYC loves Vampire Weekend. Tame Impala just sold out two nights at MSG and their new album wasn't even out yet. Stevie Nicks is Stevie friggin Nicks. Her last solo tour she did 3 nights at arenas in the NYC area, not to mention the stadiums that Fleetwood Mac did. If they keep most of the lineup to this demographic I think it's got a good chance of selling out. It's basically the Panorama approach, the only thing hurting that festival was the time of the year and the lack of name recognition.
11/28 Raveonettes (Copenhagen, Denmark) 12/4 Interpol 12/14 LCD Soundsystem 12/31 Billy Joel 1/25 The Killers (Las Vegas) 2/12 Jack White 2/25 Father John Misty 3/6 Inhaler 4/10 Franz Ferdinand 4/17 Nick Cave & the Bad Seeds 5/15 Amyl & the Sniffers 5/18 Fontaines D.C. 9/1 Oasis

Lotta girls in the NYC area who call themselves “Gypsies” and witches who will buy those tickets if you won’t.
Based off their billing at Bonnaroo, do we still think Vampire Weekend would be a headliner here?
They really shouldn't be. Billed as a sub at Roo, were a sub at Firefly. Didn't headline the Holiday Alt 92.3 Show despite being in Brooklyn. And now they're a year in into the touring cycle with 2 NYC shows already under their belt (not counting the album release show at Webster). Give them a long sunset show.
______ • Tame Impala • Miley Cyrus Stevie Nicks • Vampire Weekend • Solange Flume • H.E.R • ________
That's really stacked
Could be Tame Impala • Vampire Weekend • Stevie Nicks if Gothamist is claiming they're the "main attractions," plus Miley. Though based on VW being third on their day at Bonnaroo, I kinda hope they aren't headlining this
Being picky, I hope it goes
