While none of the headliners are exactly my cup of tea (and thanks to Live Nation for putting Post as the Sunday headliner so I can leave early and beat the crowds), the 2nd and 3rd lines of each day are phenomenal: Future Islands, Freddie Gibbs, Earthgang, Orville Peck, Cordae, Amine, Jaime XX, Dom Fike, and TWO A-Trak appearances should all be incredibly fun.
Not too familiar with anyone on the bottom lines - any I should make sure to check out?
To add to the names everyone else mentioned Caroline Polachek is def my top discovery from the lineup
Just got a text that Sat tickets and 3 Day GA are almost gone. As much as all of us are complaining, this might be the fastest overall sell out in Gov Ball history.

There was never any doubt in my mind this would sell well, considering a) the removal of the age restriction, b) the targeting of the lineup, and c) the general built-up demand for live music/festival experiences after over a year of nothing on that front.
It's still not my jam, but I'm also old and a fan of increasingly irrelevant music, so *shrug emoji*.
yeah below most tiers. Tier 1 for this fest after fees was $334 and on Stubhub its $342 after fees. as a sidenote, did Stubhub really jack up their fees or hide them more or something like that? Its a roughly 30% surcharge on the face price now

when does the schedule usually come out for this thing?
I feel like they usually try to hold off until after they sell out every day so that way people will buy passes without knowing if two of their favorite artists are overlapping
We better hope this big concert on the Central Park lawn in a few weeks doesn't drive up cases in the city. We're already teetering on the brink of restrictions though I know De Blasio is really trying to avoid that and pushing for vaccinations.
