Just remember that fascists and the alt-right already have no respect for trans and enby people. They see trans and enby people as jokes, and use the word pronoun (or people's pronouns in general) as an insult.

I'll concede that my wording of my comment wasn't telling the whole story. It was just catchier to phrase it that way. What I meant is your gender identity shouldn't make you invincible.
But, genuine question: Are pronouns really not a preference? Someone who goes by ze/hir/hirs didn't choose that? And I'm not picking a non-traditional set of non-binary pronouns as a "gotcha!", it's just very tough for me to see how that isn't a preferred set of pronouns.

Could just be the subreddits I find myself in, but I get the impression that a lot of the trans community kind of low key rolls their eyes at people using "neopronouns", like zer etc. But maybe don't want to criticize it openly because they don't want to give more fuel to haters.
EDIT: all that to say that neopronouns are commonly used as anti-trans fuel, when it seems that "they" works perfectly well for situations where "she/he" isn't a sufficient descriptor. and obligatory "i'll use any pronouns people want me to" but the truth is the possibility of me encountering someone who uses neopronouns in the flesh is vanishingly unlikely.
Also a restraining order was granted to a Massachusetts mother and child after they threatened them and behaved inappropriately, brandishing a gun in front of them.

Lol he's such a fucking dummy it hurts sometimes. Like...I used to love him from newsradio and early podcast stuff but then he just got to the point where I actively noticed his issues with guests puting info out there that maybe needed to be doing e checked
