Oxford vaccine approved in the uk, that is good news for an FDA approval here in a couple of weeks. Theyre also changing the time in between doses to 12 weeks as to allow more people to get their initial shot.
What odds do you guys give for this thing to happen in October 2021?
I think the reason why this wouldn't happen in October is if Goldenvoice decided that having an October 2021 date and an April 2021 date would be too tricky logistically or not sell well enough. It seems like people will be able to be vaccinated by then.
With that being said, the vaccination process so far has been pretty horribly run and is going way too slow. Maybe things will change in 20 days, but late summer and fall festivals could be a causality if it's a bad rollout.

Israel has vaccinated 5% of its population and is vaccinating 24/7. The US has vastly different processes state by state and is generally doing 9 to 5 vaccinating, and in some places, not on weekends. I'm talking about the logistics at this point, not the actual scientific breakthrough, which is thoroughly impressive.

Poetic Kinetics the artist behind the Astronaut, Snail, Butterfly, ect... has been posting a lot of old Coachella photos on social media recently. I bring this up because they did this in late 2018 too right before the 2019 lineup drop. Could be absolutely nothing, but I thought it was interesting, and personally think it means they’ll be on the poster whenever the lineup drops.
Who are we feeling for this? Is a Kendrick return possible? Will the world still exist? So many questions.

Lol sorry if I recall ppl insisting she was def gonna have a new album and def a candidate to headline for the last two years. I’d be down for it, but she’s an “I’ll believe it when I see it” headliner, not a “Coachella fucked up not booking her” headliner.

It would be super nice to be able to focus on getting to know a new lineup, but I just don’t see it happening. I’m just hoping we get some form of communication from them this week.
