As Jortles said, LD could have claimed doc just to cause chaos and confusion before he died, because he knew town wouldn't lynch an inspector claim. NBF added on with her inspector claim to completely confuse everyone, and let the third mafia member hide.
Only because right now it's a landslide vote and I'm curious if getting things a little more evened up gets some information out there via vote switches or whatever. Please note this does NOT mean I believe NBF, or do not believe Jaz, or vice versa.

I don't know why mafia whacked Maddog before Teddy if this scenario is true, but this is where we are now.
I think Maddog was the first to lock on LD on day 1. I mentioned the thread between Teddy and MD earlier that Mafia could be ridding the town of people who believe Jaz the most... or wanting us to see this and misdirect us.
Maddog was the first lock on LD on D1, but he was a Kanye voter on D2. He was one of the most vocal about eliminating in order of Kanye then NBF

Yes and no (re the bolded part above). I think more likely than not, if NBF was Mafia she did use one of her clearance opportunities to "clear" her teammate...but also, she knew that town was (and still is, lol) split on whether to believe her or not. It is possible she "cleared" two actual townies so as to not shed light at all on her hiding teammate.
We do need to throw Danbob into the mix for if LD/NBF were the mafia, IMO. As I posted a bit earlier today, the vote split d1 on Jaz was: 6 (Rummy, Teddy, NBF, Theo, LD, Silver). I'm hard pressed to believe that all 3 Mafia were on Jaz d1...that'd look terrible for them later on. So if NBF and LD were both on Jaz, and they were Mafia, I am definitely inclined to believe that the 3rd mafia was on LD

3-0 splits are nothing out of the ordinary, especially when there’s a teammate in the mix. Although I do see why y’all would want me in the runoff for either scenario so I guess I can’t really complain.

This is the reality of the matter as it pertains to who is left in this game...
If you believe NBF: You know that Rooloo and myself are Town, and you are guessing between Rummy, Dan and Theo the next two days. If you believe Jaz: You know nothing about anyone. If you don't know who to believe: You know nothing about anyone.
I guess this exercise is more important for everyone else but me. I know I'm town... so even if I believe NBF, it only eliminates one more option. This is all kinda inconsequential right now. I only made it halfway through my read earlier. Gotta get back to it because a personality read will be more valuable than any of this other stuff imo.

Eh, this doesn't hold a lot of water for me. Especially given that I think we can be pretty certain that Mafia's original scheme (whether it be a fake reveal or something else) has *not* gone according exactly to plan, so I doubt it would be a thing of like "yes, we've planned to keep Theo in as our last man standing" and more a "well, here we are--go forth, young Padawan."
Not saying that i think Theo is most suspicious among the remaining folks, because I don't. I'm just not sure the aforementioned detail holds much weight--at least, to me it doesn't

Hypothetical: what do we do tomorrow if NBF comes in here saying she guessed _____ and they are mafia? I think that would be a way that a potentially mafia NBF could try and punk us tomorrow.

I really want to believe NBF is the real inspector, especially because it gives us the most information. The hardest part to believe is that she was left alive long enough to give us pretty much 2 mafia names (due to Jaz and Kanye obviously being related if NBF is telling the truth), as well as 2 town names. If she is telling the truth and we believe her, mafia essentially handed us the game. It's a high risk - high reward and of that's what happened, the risk didn't pay off. Can anyone with more experience say if mafia ever makes such insane moves like this? Any is there any way they could have thought causing more confusion was worth the trade off of leaving the real inspector alive? I'm genuinely asking you guys, I don't know the answers

NBF professing consistent suspicion over Danbob and then NOT GUESSING HIM is one of the things I keep coming back to in my head as I toss around various scenarios. it just makes literally no sense if she was real Inspector. She knew she was dying the next day. Why use your guess on someone other than the person you've been calling out for being suspect?

I’ve had this thought in the back of my head as well. Jortles just reads town to me so if she was trying to clear a teammate I do think it’d be rooloo
