I’m pretty much going by Wikipedia. If it says “xyz WAS a _____ band” versus “xyz IS a _____ band” then it’s eligible in my book. Mazzy Star stills seems active

I think there's a pretty big difference here. The version that was touring in the 2010's only had Gill from the original lineup, and he died in February. It's very clear they're done as a group.
