Whether it's your first Bonnaroo or you’re a music festival veteran, we welcome you to Inforoo.
Here you'll find info about artists, rumors, camping tips, and the infamous Roo Clues. Have a look around then create an account and join in the fun. See you at Bonnaroo!!
For anyone interested in the jazz fest and who they might add to the lineup, I asked them about Nubya Garcia and they responded saying they couldn't book any overseas artists this year and will hopefully have big London representation in '22
Sun Ra will probably be back. He was just announced at Summerstage 7/24.

Technically Sun Ra is dead, but his Arkestra will be there!
Is it just Jazz that couldn’t do that? Because Emma Swift says she is playing NFF. Pretty sure she is from Australia.
Nevermind - she is Nashville apparently with Robyn.
I'm assuming it's both fests unfortunately, but Folk doesn't ever pull in too much international stuff. Yola's confirmed (and I assume US-based at this point). It probably means no Sampa the Great but I was expecting that. I think everyone else from last year's lineup is North American. I'm just hoping it's because of the timing and small scale of Newport and doesn't also affect bonnaroo.
Riot Fest has lost at least one Canadian artist. So I’d think Newport might not be able to book Canadian artists either.
Upcoming Shows: August 7: Green Day/Smashing Pumpkins/Rancid/The Linda Lindas August 30: Waxahatchee/Snail Mail/Tim Heidecker September 17: Pearl Jam/Glen Hansard September 24: Idles/English Teacher
Bright Eyes added more dates w/ Lucy Dacus starting 7/27 in Lewiston, NY. Seems pretty primed for an appearance but Conor Oberst also did almost this same tour a few years ago and didn’t play Newport

i feel like his dates rule him out - going from Newport to Buffalo then back to New Haven makes zero sense

huge bummer if they missed this
I think we are passed making sense. I think they rescheduled the NY dates first, and are just kind of making it all work

i don't think they rescheduled the NY dates first - his other dates (including the ones at the end of that very week) have been announced for months. seems like the Buffalo and New Haven dates are new additions.
I'd be very happy to be wrong, but i'd be stunned if Bright Eyes goes New England > Buffalo > New England in the span of like three days
Fast take: Billy’s Wargasm is going to catapult him to new levels of popularity. It sounds radio ready, if I could just figure out which format it best fits (country, rock, or alternative).
