Feels like open mic is also noteworthy. Wouldn’t be surprised to see someone hop up there that would pull a crowd

They've always had open mic in the past and it was just whoever wanted to sign up and sing / play something from 10-11 on the museum stage from what I recall. Not saying it couldn't be artist this time, but in the past it was just whoever.
I think I still like the uniqueness of the weekend acts better (Randy Newman, new Andrew Bird project, Devon Gilfillian Superjam), but I appreciate that the weekday fest is turning into an indie folk jamboree.
Give me Bright Eyes, Lucy Dacus or Julien Baker or Phoebe Bridgers, and Sylvan Esso at the weekday fest and I’ll be set.

Anyone hear anything about after hours performances?
I think Jay specifically said they weren’t going to have after shows, but I kind of wonder if they’ll change their mind. Deer Tick is doing 2 inside shows I. RI the weekend before, so they clearly don’t have an issue with indoor shows. Hoping they end up doing their after shows last minute
Very happy this is on a day I'm going. Would have been bummed to miss that if it were on the weekend.
Welp I’ve been waiting to see if there was anything I wanted to stick around an extra day for and this just did it for me. Gonna have to snag a single day on top of the weekend pass
