I'm surprised about Dua Lipa being a headliner. She's great don't get me wrong.
She got to the headliner or nothing category because she didnt get to tour last year. If she had done the regular tour for the album then this past year wouldve had her all around the circuit and nobody has doubts. Lolla has 8 spots to fill anyway. Whens the last time all of their names were legit headliner worthy no question about it. Journey wasnt that this year. Lolla and ACL provide that nice middle ground of elevating a few names to headliner level without screwing the pooch too much.

I would swap Green Day out for Red Hot Chili Peppers if they are touring, and think Glass Animals are due for a headliner call up and would fit that 1975 slot perfectly.

Kacey Musgraves, Maren Morris, Cam, Orville Peck, Sturgill Simpson, Chris Stapleton, Dierks Bentley, Luke Combs and Eric Church are not allowed to play at Lollapalooza because they’re so disappointed at the moment and they can play at some country music festivals instead of Lollapalooza.
