1) I feel like as a northerner I never have the opportunity to have grits so I do not share the same antipathy towards them that you all do. 2) I picked yogurt mostly because to me it smells like absolute ass when opened and had actively ruined quite a few mornings at work for me. 3) we all know the best breakfast food is pain au chocolat.

honestly the cuisine i largely call "tex-mex" is the superior cuisine overall. like you said it can be adapted to a variety of different dietary restrictions, it's typically inexpensive, it's nutritious, and it's delicious.

I will eat grits plain or cheesy or with shrimp or however else you want to serve them up. I'm bringing a fat pot of grits to Inforoo brunch next year so I can eat them all to myself. I am upset

my fave way to have grits is with butter (Earth Balance nowadays but used to do normal butter, once melted they taste about the same) and Violife chz and then sauteed garlicky mushrooms on top.

Also why the hell does eggs benedict have more votes than all other forms of egg right now? Y'all don't appreciate flavor? A nice creamy hollandaise with fun protein + bread options? Y'all would rather have boring ass scrambled eggs? True colors being shown on this website today.
