I guess I just have bad luck. Texted my friend that I couldn't get one and then they went through the process again and were able to get one more before it finally sold out. In for Front Butts.
How do y'all do these? Like, what time do you get into the festival each day? We get there when the gates open, and go all day each day. No way I could do that adding multiple late night shows. I am old though, so there's that.

We might be the only 2 watching Songs for Kids each day.

We don’t go in till around 2. I’m usually the only one in my group that wants to do late nights. I got tickets for The Walkmen.
I got Phantogram. Wanted to see Pond too, but I didn’t want the stress of having to rush out after Muse for an Uber just to hopefully arrive by showtime.

Mosh pit at Songs for Kids is how you start your day

Yes this is where I landed. I think I’ll skip out Saturday night, back to back is rough. I’m old now 😭
Spring break, so I finally got to plot out SK Friday and made a playlist with what I'm planning to see.
(Already seen: Killers, Cypress Hill, YYY, GVF, Manchester Orchestra, Be Your Own Pet, Grouplove, Cautious Clay, Charlotte Sands)
Planning on Desure->Mom Rock->(Give Arlie a chance->)Charlotte Sands->Lovejoy->Spacey Jane->Cautious Clay/Illuminati Hotties->Digable Planets->Better half will probably insist on Grouplove, but hopefully BYOP->Placebo->GVF->Cypress Hill->Killers
Friday actually has some tougher conflicts than I had originally imagined. We've got a lot of the same choices but I'm really conflicted on almost every time slot starting with the Cautious Clay/Illuminati Hotties until YYYs/Cypress Hill. I initially thought we would do Cypress Hill but pretty sure we will go for the YYYs set. I spent some time watching recent live shows of each and definitely leaning YYYs now.

I would do the same, if not getting to see YYY on 5/3, the night before we head to the fest. And I loved that Black Sunday album as a kid.
In for the Walkmen. Even if I end up working a night shift Saturday, it's within walking distance of work and I can probably get off early enough that I can make it in time.
