Considering you've found the need to respond to my threads as if you are threatened by me I offer you some peace my confused counterpart. May you find peace in your restless soul.
there is currently exactly one vote for house music, I think you guys can take it down several notches.
it is mostly the cries to vote out hyperpop that started on like pg 1 of round 1 that perturb me
If someone with high musical intelligence and superior taste - say like me - doesn't like pop in all its strictly commercial simplicity, why should they want hyperpop to stay?

it is *not* my fault that some of y'all are tragically allergic to fun.

True story my Aunt Laura's husband plays in a Lynyrd Skynyrd knock off band.
tight as fuck
i saw Lynyrd Skynyrd twice on their farewell tour, one at 2 separate legs
the second show was over 3 years ago, and they’re still performing
I'm pretty sure that he is friends with the last two living members of Lynyrd Skynyrd and have played with them in the past. I could be wrong but he was bragging about it last time I saw them.
Also a little side note, one of my friends from when I was a very young adult was from Jacksonville, Florida and loved Lynyrd Skynyrd. Every time they came on the radio she would tell me that they are from Jacksonville, Florida which is where she was from.

Did you know Alanis Morrissette is from somewhere in Canada and she’s my favorite singer?

I went my parents. I rocked out harder than they did.
both shows i saw were honestly great.
at both of them, we sat behind or next to some old guys who were absolutely plastered and saw a great amount of memorable moments such as one almost falling and proceeding to bounce back better than ever, lots of dance moves, a few spilled beers, etc.
one guy even started crying when Tuesday’s Gone started and was hugging all of us thanking us for being there. fucking awesome

I was pretty drunk. I probably cried on Simple Man. Being like right next to my mom with them playing her favorite song.

Buttrock isn't as bad as y'all make it out to be, but it is getting hurt by the other genres taking its best artists. I'm on hardcore until further notice cause idk what it is

Hardcore brought respect for women into the rock fold.

Black Flag Minor Threat Dead Kennedys Misfits Bad Brains Examples of hardcore.
disco having any votes is laughable. Just say you hate fun, hunny
I hate disco. Once it reached mass culture, it was as bad and cheesy of a music scene as there ever was. Sorry. I was around for it. It’s obviously nostalgic for some. I didn’t like or have Saturday Night Fever. I didn’t follow the urban cowboy fashion and music trend either. However, I did learn how to do a pretzel in 8th grade with this cool deaf chick I knew who was a great dancer.
