Favorite sets were Fever Ray, The Walkmen and Caribou. Biggest surprise was Azealia Banks. Wasn’t planning on it, but since she was late and we were a little bored at Metronomy, we checked her out.
We had a toddler with us for half the day, so navigating took a little more time and patience. I missed pretty much all of Hot Chip because my wife and daughter were having fun at Future Islands.
edit: oh yeah, definitely a lot of audio issues as mentioned and texts/calls were quite difficult to make.
Wish I had made that move away from Metronomy. God they were so boring this time around.
By chance, was your kid on your shoulders during Hot Chip? I saw a similar looking toddler eating a lollipop and jamming to Hot Chip on their parents shoulders.

I mean Dec wouldnt be out of the question like how they did with TANP. Might as well take some acts out of the picture instead of assumptions like a Vampire Weekend is at Coach.

I think you’re underselling the Kilby leak. It’s probably like 99% accurate not “somewhat real”, given that they begged the subreddit to remove it, and wouldn’t even claim it was a fake, just that it was outdated.

I'd say VW is more likely but LCD fits too. I guess both playing would be expensive though

It's probably more the redundancy of LCD having played Brookside festivals in both 2022 and 2023 already. Then again, they play 500 nights at the same venue in Brooklyn.
