Dylan has been horrific live for a really long time. I couldn't think of a worse show to put on Thursday. He makes Vince Neil sound like prime Pavarotti.
have you seen him? i saw him in 21 and he was surprisingly spry and uppity than i was expecting. it was like his 5th tour date since the pandemic so that could’ve played a factor but the show wasn’t bad by any means. i have seen him once before that and it was ok and his vocals are shot. i think he just really likes the rough and rowdy ways material. he also did a surprise set at farm aid last year and played guitar and did maggie’s farm and that was pretty good from what i heard
Multiple times- last one around 2016-ish? Wasn't meant to be a hit on him because he's a legend and ancient, just doesn't feel like he's a good opening night act to hype the crowd.

it would by no means drum up the buzz they are looking for and there’s no reason to suspect it anyway other than just having a dream, but I would go feral for a dead man’s bones set. it would have the potential to be such a fun kick off to the weekend
