I'm no expert in EDM but I enjoyed Ghostland Observatory in 2008 because lasers and Ratatat in 2011 but guitars.

I always forget about ghostland observatory. Wandered over there and caught the tail end after they shut Phil lesh down.
Yeah in 08 we did Sigur Ros then went to Kanye, waited for about 20 minutes (when he was well over an hour late at that point) and then saw the lasers from Ghostland. Pulled us in like a moth to a flame. Great way to salvage what was almost a terrible night.

im so sad that ive never seen him, he used to do a couple of shows a year in the city over from where i grew up, but i was in highschool and didnt have a car so i never got to see him and now he just doesnt tour
