I saw Modest Mouse last night for the 20 year anniversary of Good News. Got an 8 song second set after. It was freaking sick!!! I know everyone says they’re hit or miss live because Isaac drinks too much. But I’ve seen them 6 times in the last few years and they’ve always delivered. I think he’s really cleaned up his act. They’d fit that early 2000s nostalgia spot perfectly like Interpol/Franz Ferdinand.
