Ok I know it’s not happening but given I just got tickets and it just set the record for Tony nominations, and I’m listening to the album and it fucking slaps, Coachella should book Stereophonic next year. Maybe with Stevie Nicks headlining, and Will Butler in the undercard. Would be a great way to do broadway without doing showtunes.

Theyve actually never played an arena in La believe it or not. And the biggest shows theyve done since 2008 were the Shrine shows in 2016. Been Coachella or Santa Barbara when it comes to so cal.
I have also heard radiohead is going to be back on tour in 2025.
This will be interesting because Thom is doing some solo dates in Aus, Japan and Singapore now. Unless theyve been totally under the radar working on things and are gonna road test material next year.
What does everyone think of The Marias’ new album?
It's fine. I enjoyed the first half more than the second half. There's definitely standout tracks, but it's probably my least favorite of their projects on first listen. Who knows how I'll feel on 2nd, 3rd listen or even a couple months from now. A lot of Cinema tracks had to grow on me too. Still would love to have them back and on the second line
I didn’t love it on first listen - but I am digging it a lot more now. Love how they experimented with some new styles and the production is dreamy. Really makes you feel like you’re underwater. Blur is probably my favorite track.
What does everyone think of The Marias’ new album?
I really liked the new album on my first couple of listens which is a good sign since their albums are growers usually. I would love them to make a return next year.

Noticed SG Lewis and Tove Lo are performing together under the name Club Heat at Glastonbury, could see that being a unique booking next year for Coachella too that would probably go over well.
