Whether it's your first Bonnaroo or you’re a music festival veteran, we welcome you to Inforoo.
Here you'll find info about artists, rumors, camping tips, and the infamous Roo Clues. Have a look around then create an account and join in the fun. See you at Bonnaroo!!
lol, i think it's safe to say the objective of this thread has been achieved! ;D
And you guys cannot imagine how happy it makes me that you'll be in VIP. Last year I only got to chill with you guys for a few minutes at tent-only. I have a feeling Tara doesn't remember me being there, though, because she and Jason (I think that was his name) were lighting stuff on fire, throwing flip-flops, branding the 'Roo logo on skin, drinking/spilling margaritas ... or something.
I remember cooked veggies at every meal. The majority of meals had salad and bread. Sometimes there was rice or pasta (with beef tips, but they were separated). There were granola bars and cookies. That's all I can think of right now.
Thanks! I'm working on the SO; when the line up comes out I'll know for sure if we are coming or not. Will def be VIP if we do. If Tom Waits makes the line up [doubful IMO] it's not even a question. I'm not a big fan, though.
I think anyone going to their first Roo should have to go GA. It's truly the Roo experience and after GA you'll really appreciate VIP more. This is my 3rd Roo and the first year I will be going VIP. I could've afforded it last year but I took my BF and it was his first. So to not spoil him, we went GA, but with that under his belt, we're both looking forward to VIP this year.

I agree, I feel bad depriving my bf of the GA experience, cause it's not truly your first roo unless your packed in like sardines ;D that was one of my favorite parts of roo... the sea of people! I'm just trying on the luxury things for size since it's my 3rd year I figure I can always go back to GA next time!

We are selling our house soon (closing March 2nd), so we'll probably be going VIP this year. I still dig the whole GA route but, after last year's cramped, rocky, assh*le-filled camping experience, VIP seems like the only choice.

It also convinced my wife and I to spring the cash to go VIP our first time to 'roo.
She's a huge Police fan, so being able to sit in the campsite and watch if she's tired or whatever is huge. The A/C facilities were what sealed the deal.

It's been said before, but I'll remind you guys again...
get your VIP tickets fast!
There are a good number of people on this site alone who are going VIP, and with the Police playing I'm sure there will be an older, higher-income group who go VIP for the Police.
Just trying to make sure the real Roosters get their chance at luxury.

I don't care. The Wife has declared that it's "VIP or Nothing", so VIP it is.
Tool has been my favorite band for more than a decade. I've seen them 9 times and will probably see them twice more before 'roo. The Police are one of her favorite bands from her childhood. (We're both mid-20s).
Missing 'roo is not an option at this point. We'll be there ... and it'll be VIP.
So how fast are we talking about getting VIP tickets....I wont be able to get mine until 2pm Friday. Are we talking about them selling out in 2 hours or should I be safe. This is my 3rd roo first VIP

I'm considering attending Bonneroo for the first time. If I go solo, I'll be riding down from New Jersey on my bike. Anyone know if motorcycles are allowed in the VIP campgrounds? Can't see why they wouldn't be, but figured I'd confirm. TIA.

So we went last year and did GA, had a 30 minute walk to Centeroo and was so tired out, we missed half the concerts we planned on seeing. This year we're going VIP, as I understand, we're allowed into the main stage area 24 hours a day? Is that right?
